Aromatherapy

At all our Houston locations, we utilize aromatherapy to enhance your massage experience. Aromatherapy is the use of oils extracted from plants to alleviate physical and psychological disorders, usually through massage or inhalation. The therapeutic effects of aromatherapy oils vary; some oils have a sedative effect while others are stimulating. Aromatherapy can introduce a calming and/or revitalizing state of mind and body. Aromatherapy relaxes tight and tense muscles, and facilitates in the stimulation of blood and lymph circulation. These oils work in two ways: as an aroma through the respiratory system and being absorbed through the skin.

• Relax aromatherapy oil uses the fresh scent of grapefruit and the soothing scent of lavender.
• Breathe aromatherapy combines eucalyptus and rosemary in a delicious, delightful way.
• Energize aromatherapy uses zesty peppermint oil to perk up your senses and your spirits.
